Booking Policy
This is an agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Disfit.in, a property of Saroshi Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 with its registered office at Flat No 10, Swapna Spurthi Apartments, Veerbhadra Nagar, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045 ("Disfit" "we," or "our") that governs your use of the search services offered by Disfit through its website www.disfit.in ("Site"), telephone helpline, SMS, WAP or any other medium using which Disfit may provide the search services (collectively "Platforms" ). When you access or use any of the Platforms you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 
This should be understood that Disfit is a platform for fitness partner to sell their membership plans and hence the services will be offered by the fitness partners at its said location. 
A. The booking gets confirmed only after you receive a confirmation mail from us with the invoice.
B. The bookings cannot be transferred to any other person.
C. It is mandatory for users to present valid photo identification at the time of visiting the fitness partner.
D. You need to carry the booking confirmation received by you and present the same to the fitness partner.
The membership tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the membership does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as steam room, sauna, spa or any other). These will be charged at the fitness partner.
Membership offered by our fitness partners is open to all. However; you must be at least 18 years old to apply for this membership. This should be noted that the fitness partner may add additional terms and conditions which will be mentioned separately at the time of booking.
We use a diverse range of information, text, photographs, designs, graphics, images, sound and video recordings, animation, content, advertisement and other materials and effects (collectively "Materials") for the search services on the Platforms. We provide the Material through the Platforms FOR YOUR PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. However; this should be noted that the actuals might differ from what you see in Disfit.
While every attempt has been made to ascertain the authenticity of the fitness partners, Disfit is not liable for any kind of damages, losses or action arising directly or indirectly, due to access and/or use of the membership services of the booked fitness partner. 
Cancellation Policy
A. We would love to have you go for your booked membership but in the unfortunate scenario where you may have to cancel your booking, contact our customer care on +91 9030141920. The same will be processed within 24 hours. You can also cancel your booking by sending a cancellation request on: contact@disfit.in. The same will be processed within 24 hours;
B. In the even for cancellation Disfit.in will charge 3% of booking value as a transaction fee. The rest will amount to refund money.
C. In case of cancellation, the money will be refunded back to the bank account provided by you on contact@disfit.in or to our customer care center. Once you have requested the cancellation of your bookings, disfit.in will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund.
D. The cancellation will be confirmed only after you receive the cancellation confirmation mail from us.
E. The refund money will be reflected in your account within 3 working days from the confirmation mail.
